Steven Nash, former President of the TMA, began his creative life training extensively with the late great Stella Adler, as well as Sanford Meisner, in NYC. He moved on to success as an acting coach and director, and eventually came to LA to coach on a series for CBS, before entering talent management.

 

Steven is considered a leading expert of image definition (or branding) and draws upon his knowledge of film and theatre acting history in developing his clients, many of whom have starred in TV series, feature films, recordings, new media, and major print campaigns. 

 

While maintaining a uniquely small exclusive client list, he continues to coach actors and produce films. Recently he co-cast a comedy feature starring Steve Guttenberg.  Steven has been invited to speak and teach all over the world, including at universities such as CalArts, Arizona State, University of Springfield, and Chapman University, New York Film Academy, and multiple speaking appearances in China. Steven sees his clients as his partners, and believes that thinking outside of the box is the path to success in the 21st century.
